Day 9 LevelUp: Ready4Work

On the first day, the facilitators told us that time passes very fast. Today we felt it. We started the morning with our first energizer, Follow the Leader.

After the energizer, we had the session Sharing is Caring: Dissemination and Follow-up. The facilitators gave us clear guidelines for online and offline dissemination. We began the online dissemination, and each national team decided what they will do in their communities for offline dissemination.

After the coffee break, we started the final evaluation. We talked about Youthpass and the eight key competences. We received a short reminder to help us organise our ideas. We also received the notes we wrote on day one in the Time Machine. Some of us read them and realised how much we had achieved.

We continued with the Backpack activity: fears, contributions, and expectations. Some of us shared our thoughts. We closed the evaluation with another non-formal method, What Do I Take Home. The questions helped us reflect: What did you learn about yourself? What will you apply in your community? What did you like the most? What would you recommend for the future?

At the end, we had the Secret Friend reveal. During the day, we left messages on papers in the activity room for our new friends. This created a nice ending to this mobility.
