✨ Dal 23 ottobre al 2 novembre 2025, ha avuto luogo il progetto LevelUP: Ready4Work, uno scambio giovanile cofinanziato dal programma Erasmus+ dell’Unione Europea, organizzato da Initiative Sociale a Vatra Dornei, Romania. Durante 9 giorni di workshop, attività interculturali e formazione non formale, i giovani partecipanti hanno sviluppato competenze chiave come comunicazione, lavoro di squadra, pensiero critico e spirito d’iniziativa, affrontando la sfida della disoccupazione giovanile e costruendo reti internazionali con giovani provenienti da tutta Europa. 🌍💡 . I was keeping in mind to record every moment of this project. It was not just a project but a new opportunity to connect with different people from different countries, the activities from the beginning was arranged the way to be connected with others and getting to know others more, additionally, we started to have activities regarding the topic ( which I am still sure that I chose the best topic), the activities started with energizers and continued with making Cvs, having interviews, analyzing job marketing in Europe, having theaters, and many productive activities. Thanks to my group team and the facilitator of this project and ither participants. - Masoma

LevelUP: Ready4Work – Empowering Youth for the Future!

I recently had an amazing opportunity to take part in LevelUP: Ready4Work, a multilateral youth exchange organized by Initiative Sociale within the Erasmus+ Programme. The project took place in Vatra Dornei, Romania, from 23rd October to 2nd November 2025, and brought together young people from across Europe to learn, grow, and collaborate, Through non-formal education activities, workshops, and intercultural exchanges, we developed essential skills such as communication, teamwork, critical thinking, adaptability, and initiative all key to succeeding in today’s job market.
